Like all of the best stories, our story starts when an excellent cup of coffee met a meaningful moment.

Hi, my name is Austin Blaszczynski, founder of Convergence Coffee. I believe that good coffee facilitates some of life’s most impactful moments. While I have been entranced with a great cup of coffee for as long as I can remember, my love for excellent coffee was kindled when I spent a summer living in Colorado. While serving as an intern, I had a mentor meet with me at a local coffee shop once a week over an incredible cup of pour over coffee. Those weekly meetings changed my life. It is truly amazing what a cup of coffee can do.

Since that summer in Colorado, I have been fueled by these convergence moments—when excellent coffee and meaningful moments meet. I believe in simple roasting methods that bring out the most complex profiles in a bean. After all, it is often the simplest moments in our lives that can have the most profound impact.

Roasting coffee started as a passion project. I bought a simple roasting machine on Facebook Marketplace and fell in love with the process. I sincerely hope our coffee impacts your life. You have certainly impacted my own.
